This page says, plainly, what data we keep about you, why, where it is, who can access it, and how to have it corrected or erased.
Responsable du traitement (data controller)
Guilain Charrier, sole trader trading as Déléguix, 37 boulevard du Couchant, 92000 Nanterre, France, contact@deleguix.fr, +33 7 49 51 36 53.
The data we collect
- When you fill in a form (contact, check-up, large-account study, set-up): first name, last name, email, phone number, company, job title, and what you write to us about your needs. We do not ask for any sensitive data: please do not put any in the message.
- When you book a slot through Cal.com: name, email and the slot you picked.
- When you become a client: the information needed for the quote, the invoice and the follow-up of the service.
- When you browse the website: technical logs (IP address, page requested, browser) kept by our host for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify you.
- If we wrote to you without you having contacted us first: see the "Business prospecting" section below.
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your request, calling you back, preparing a check-up or a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the RGPD (GDPR)).
- Performing the service, invoicing, keeping the accounts: performance of the contract and legal obligations (Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c)).
- Prospecting businesses and following up the commercial relationship: Déléguix's legitimate interest in offering its services to businesses (Article 6(1)(f)), under the conditions described below.
- Security and running of the website: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
Business prospecting
Déléguix writes to businesses (tradespeople, shopkeepers, small and medium-sized companies) that have not yet been in touch with us. Here is what you need to know if you have received such a message (information required by Article 14 of the RGPD (GDPR)).
- Where your details come from: public sources, namely business directories, the OpenStreetMap database and your company's own website. We only collect business contact details (company name, business email address, phone number, address, activity, and the manager's name when it is published).
- Why: to offer you our services, in connection with your activity. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, balanced against your rights (the CNIL, the French data protection authority, accepts business-to-business prospecting for messages related to the recipient's role).
- For how long: 3 years after our last exchange with you. If you do not reply, your details are deleted at the end of that period.
- To stop receiving anything: reply "stop" to any of our messages, or write to contact@deleguix.fr. No reason needed: your details are removed from our mailings.
How long we keep your data
- Contact requests and check-ups (forms, bookings): 3 years after our last exchange, if you do not become a client.
- Prospects: 3 years after the last contact.
- Clients: for the whole relationship, then for as long as legal obligations require (10 years for invoices and accounting records).
- Website technical logs: a short period set by the host (a few days to a few weeks).
Who can access your data
Your data is intended for Déléguix, meaning Guilain Charrier. Nobody sells it on. To run the website and follow up your requests, we rely on a few providers, which only access it to the extent needed for the service:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and delivery of the website, technical security logs.
- OVH SAS (France): domain name and the contact@deleguix.fr mailbox. Your emails pass through and are stored on its servers, in France.
- An internal request-handling tool and a CRM, installed and run by Déléguix on a server rented from OVH GmbH, in Germany. This is where the requests sent through the forms land and where contacts are followed up. No other provider has access to it.
- Cal.com, Inc. (cal.eu instance, hosted in Europe): appointment booking, only if you choose to book a slot.
No payment is taken on this website, so we do not collect any banking data. Public bodies (tax office, URSSAF, the accountant where relevant) receive invoicing data when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Union
Your requests, the follow-up of contacts and invoicing are processed in Europe (Germany and France). The only provider established outside the European Union is Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), which delivers the website and keeps technical logs. That transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses built into Cloudflare's contract and by its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You may ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, have its processing restricted, object to its use (in particular to prospecting, at any time and without giving a reason) and, for the data you gave us, ask for its portability. Just write to contact@deleguix.fr or to 37 boulevard du Couchant, 92000 Nanterre, France. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Cookies and third-party resources
No cookies, no third-party resource loaded with the page. The website sets no cookies, measures no audience, builds no profile, and loads its fonts and scripts from its own servers. Two exceptions, which you trigger yourself:
- Cal.com only loads when you click "Book" on the contact page: at that point the booking tool is displayed and Cal.com receives your IP address and the details you type in.
- The needs composer remembers your selection in your browser (local storage), just long enough to find it again on the next page. Nothing is sent until you click "Send".
Security
The website is served over HTTPS. The internal tools are password-protected, kept up to date and backed up. Access to your data is limited to Guilain Charrier.
Stop receiving our messages
At any time: reply "stop" to an email, or write to contact@deleguix.fr.
