I started Déléguix for one simple reason: to help. It is what I have always done, in service work, with people in front of me. The tradespeople and shopkeepers I meet are very good at what they do, and every evening they lose it to paperwork, follow-ups and messages left unanswered.
My job: putting in place what gets those tasks done for you, properly, in your own words. You keep the human contact and the decisions. I do the rest.
And every hour you no longer spend on that is an hour given back to your trade, to you, to the people around you. That is the real result.
Déléguix is just starting out, and that works in your favour: you are not a file number. When you write, I am the one who answers. When something goes wrong, I am the one who fixes it.
