A new enquiry?
Your quote is already almost ready.

A customer asks you for a price, and it takes you days to send the quote back, sometimes too late. We prepare a draft for you to read over, in your own format. You correct it, you send it. The job stops going to whoever answered faster.

Sound familiar?

If you recognise yourself here, this service is for you.

“Someone asks me for a quote, I say yes straight away… and it sits on my desk for eight days because I never got a spare hour to do it.”
“In the evening I'm too shattered to start on paperwork. So the quote waits for the weekend, then the one after.”
“By the time I get back to them, the customer has already signed somewhere else. The firm down the road answered quicker, that's all.”
In plain terms

The enquiry comes in, and the draft quote is already waiting on your desk, ready to read over.

What is it, in plain terms?
It's like having someone rough out the quote while you are on site, then leave it on your desk for you to read over.
How it works

Three steps. Only the last one is yours.

1

An enquiry comes in

A customer gets in touch about a job. We pick the request up and lay it out while you are somewhere else.

Nothing for you to do
2

A draft is prepared

A quote is roughed out in your own format, with the right line items and your usual prices. It waits for you, ready to read over.

Nothing for you to do
3

You read it over and send it

You correct what needs correcting, you adjust the amount, and you send. A few minutes and the job moves forward.

Of your enquiries dealt with, none forgotten
A real example

For a landscape gardener

In the busy season the enquiries pile up and some quotes go out too late. Every enquiry comes back to you as a draft, ready to read over. You answer the same day, and you sign more work.

Your questions

What people often ask us.

Can I have it right now?

Not yet. This service is being finished off and it lands very soon. We would rather tell you plainly than sell you something that is not quite ready. Tell us what you need, and we let you know the day it goes live.

Will the quote go out without me seeing it?

Never. We prepare a draft, that's all. Nothing goes out until you have read it over, corrected it and approved it. You keep your hand on every amount and every line.

And if the prices are not the right ones?

The draft uses your usual prices to save you time, but you stay free to change anything before it goes out. It is your quote, at your price, with your signature on it.

Do I have to install anything?

No, nothing at all. We plug into the way enquiries already reach you, with your agreement. You carry on working as before, with nothing new to learn.

How do I hear about the launch?

Tell us your trade and what you need, it takes two minutes. As soon as the service is ready we come back to you first, with no commitment on your side.

Shall we let you know as soon as it is ready?

Twenty minutes to see whether it is any use to you. Free, no commitment, no jargon.
