Do you do video as well?
No, we don't do video for now. We stick to what we're genuinely good at: written posts and well-made images. It asks the least of you, and it's what keeps a steady presence going over time.
How do you manage to write in my tone?
We start with a short chat to get your trade, the way you speak to your customers and what you want to talk about. From that short note on your voice, we write posts that sound like you. And you correct us freely over the first few weeks so we can adjust.
What access do you need?
Two options, your call. Either you give us access to your social accounts and we post for you. Or, if you'd rather keep control, we prepare everything and you post it in one click. Either way, we also ask you for a short note on your voice at the start.
What if I don't like a post?
You approve every post before it goes out. If something doesn't suit you, you say so and we adjust. Nothing gets published without your say-so.
Does it replace my own communication work?
