Before you start.
Why no warranty after 30 days?
Because once the keys are handed over, you are the one running it. Tools change (a setting moves, a password expires) and with nobody watching, things can stop. The first 30 days are there to settle everything together. After that, if you want us to keep an eye on it, there is an optional maintenance plan.
What is the difference with the subscription?
On a subscription, we install AND we watch, we adjust, we fix, it stays alive. With setup only, we install once and you take over. The subscription is the calmer route for anything that has to keep running. Setup only is for people who want to own it and run it themselves.
Can you do everything in one go?
No. What can be set up and then live on its own, yes (online presence, booking, templates). What needs watching every day (reviews, follow-ups, messages), no: that only makes sense on a subscription.
And if it breaks later?
You take it in hand yourself, or you call us back for a one-off job or a maintenance subscription. We never leave you stuck, but after 30 days it is no longer included in the starting price.
